Install & Stewardship Flex Team (2026 Season)
Currently seeking hands-on individuals excited about transitioning towards ecological land management. Successful candidates should have 2 years professional gardening experience and will move between our landscape maintenance and install teams on a weekly basis, working on a variety of properties types and scales ranging from city backyards to meadow estates throughout PA, DE and NJ.
This role serves as a primer for the role of Lead Steward/Lead Install. Primary duties may include:
Landscape stewardship including: weeding, managing invasive plants, pruning, planting, addressing plant health, applying pine straw mulch, and aesthetic editing.
Assist with small and large-scale installations including: site prep, planting, loading plant and construction materials, pine straw mulching.

This is a full-time position Mon-Fri effective March 2026.

Field Operations Coordinator
The Field Operations Coordinator manages the expediting of project scheduling, strategic planning and cross-team integration of landscape design-build projects of varying scales and complexity. Working closely with the management team, the Field Operations Coordinator helps strategize seamless project execution day-to-day while balancing in-house expertise with the integration of select subcontractors. This is a dynamic multi-faceted position that combines project and budget management with on site troubleshooting and a practical awareness of design-build best practices.
Proven track record in field operations leadership and project management within landscape design-build with a fast project turnover.
Minimum 6 years experience managing installation and/or land management crews in multiple modalities (build/hardscape, grading, planting, invasives management, stormwater management).
Hands-on leadership is a must; the ideal candidate will have a strong practical background in landscape design, build sequencing and a proficiency in land management best practices.
Proven ability to track budgets, manage payments and oversee financial aspects of subcontractor work.
This is a full-time salaried position commensurate with experience; effective winter 2026.
