Install & Field Operations Manager

The Install & Field Operations Manager collaborates with the design, build and stewardship teams to ensure day-to-day project execution, oversight and scheduling. A hands-on team leader, they ensure the smooth operation of multiple workflows while offering practical oversight in the field and strong cross-team, subcontractor and client communication. Adept at leading by positive example, the Install & Field Operations Manager ensures that team morale is strong, client expectations are aligned and all completed work meets company quality and standards.

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing installation and/or land management crews in multiple modalities (build/hardscape, grading, planting, invasives management, stormwater management).

  • Proven track record in project sequencing and logistics. 

  • Proficiency in ecological land management best practices.

Start date flexible. This is a full-time position effective 2027 season.

Compensation commensurate with experience.  Annual benefits package includes paid Company Holidays, Paid Time Off, Healthcare/Dental stipend, 401k with Employer Match, Discretionary Bonus, Paid Parental Leave, Dependent Care FSA, Continuing Ed. Stipend.
